Welcome Mayor Hill
On Wednesday evening, the Rotary Club of Toms River welcomed our new mayor, Maurice Hill as our guest speaker.
Mayor Hill spoke about the many challenges facing our town; as well as the anticipated re-development project planned for downtown Toms River.
